2018 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO first public debut on track! - Flatout, Fly-Bys & Sound!

Finally the brand new 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO, ready for the next racing season, was shown for the first time to the public on the track and could not choose better place than Imola circuit and World Finals event full of teams and enthusiasts. The changes concern aerodynamics package realized in collaboration with Dallara and will be available as upgrade to all teams that have the Huracan Super Trophy of the past seasons. The fin on the rear engine bonnet, also called Shark fin, is inspired by LMP1 prototypes and Formula 1 cars with the function to increasing stability during fast curves. looking the car we find also an airbox that conveys air from the roof to the engine. With this new part we can have better system to cool it and increase the air flow to the naturally aspired power unit. In general, many other details on the sides and front have been improved for a more efficient aerodynamic load. The engine remains the incredible 5.200cc V10 strong of its 620hp, moved by the 6-speed sequential X-Trac gearbox. Enjoy this first track contact! #lamborghini #supertrofeo #lamborghiniworldfinal #huracan2018 #squadracorse #huracanevo #v10lamborghini #supertrofeoevo #imola #racing Event / Manifestazione: Lamborghini World Final When / Quando: 18/11/2017 Where / Dove: Autodromo di Imola More info / Maggiori informazioni: Automobili Lamborghini: https://www.lamborghini.com Lamborghini Squadra Corse: https://squadracorse.lamborghini.com Autodromo di Imola: http://www.autodromoimola.it Follow me: http://bit.ly/ISCVideo New HD video every week! Picking up my friend's brand new Lamborghini Huracan Performante!!

We were lucky to be invited to collect a brand new Huracan Performante from HR Owen Lamborghini London, with the lucky new owner. This car features a naturally aspirated V10 engine with 640 bhp and sounds fantastic as you can tell from the exterior and on-board videos. The colour on this car is called Verde Mantis and features some striking gold wheels. What do you think of the spec?

Testing the Lamborghini Huracán Supertrofeo Evo by Squadra Corse, updated for the season 2018 during the Supertrofeo Word Final in November 2017 at Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari Imola.

Unfortunately I had to follow a Huracán Performante pacecar, equipped with street legal tires. Furtunately it was Marco Mapelli behind the wheel, two times Nordschleife record-holder and Lamborghini works-/development-driver. Although he squeezed the last bit out of the car it was easy to follow him and sometimes I had to lift the throttle. Especially on the brakes and through corners the weight-reduced racecar with special-aero and slick-tires is superior. At the corner-exits the four-wheel-drive-performante has a little advantage of traction.

Nevertheless it was a great experience. The car is very easy to handle, gives you a brilliant feedback. It's a good GT-racer to learn with what racing is about and a meaningful preparation for higher race-classes like GT3.
