Project Hospital Vs Two Point Hospital | Which Is The Best Hospital Management Game?

Hospital management games are spreading like, well, a superbug, with Two Point Hospital recently joined by Project Hospital on PC. Our resident management game obsessive Alice compares the two games to see whether Project Hospital or Two Point Hospital is the best there is. If you are looking for games like Theme Hospital you've got a bit of choice. To be fair to them, both Project Hospital and Two Point Hospital have a very different flavour. One is about dealing with a tidal wave of comic diseases, while the other is a more serious take on the management genre. Which you’re going to enjoy more largely depends on what you want from a game. While this video isn’t a full Project Hospital review or a Two Point Hospital review (you can find one of those at the link below) it hopefully spells out the major differences and gives you an idea of what to expect. If you want a deeper building experience and more realistic micromanagement, then maybe head to Project Hospital, which gives you more tools to deal with (and more problems to worry about). If you enjoy the puzzle of trying bring order out of the chaos of a swarm of sick people, then Two Point Hospital is the game for you - it’s almost an arcade management game, based on the speed of decision making and the ease of the building experience. Either way there’s something to recommend about both and they will speak to very different players. If you’ve played either we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments - what does one do better than the other? Are there lessons they could learn from each other? Two Point Hospital is already improving itself with updates and is becoming more polished by the day, while Project Hospital has a bit further to go. If you enjoyed this video, why not subscribe to Rock Paper Shotgun, we cover everything from management games to action blockbusters and weird indie fare.
