Greatest Private Model Railroad H.O. Train Layout Ever? John Muccianti works 30+ years on HO layout

If you'd like to see the "Extended Cut" of this layout, click here https://youtu.be/D1Xw7ngQzMQ John Muccianti spent 30+ years building this H.O. model train layout and this is the 1rst video for the public to view. This could be one of the greatest H.O. model train layouts created from a private collector. Every area on the layout is complete. The engines, cars, and scenery on the layout are of the highest quality and all add a factor of realism. If you'd like to have custom rail cars like John, many of his cars come from Don Jaeger who's the Owner of Jaeger HO Products, www.jaegerhoproducts.com This is just amazing!

HO Scale: KCE as the Wheeling & Lake Erie (Run-Ops 1)

Filmed: 06/10/17 I've been intrigued with the WLE for a while now, for no better reason than their current paint scheme, which was derived from the classic Denver & Rio Grande Western's gold/orange and black scheme. It's been about my all time favorite scheme for a very long time, so after the WLE adopted the Rio Grande scheme, it wasn't like I wouldn't end up with the WLE showing up in my fleet. The Wheeling & Lake Erie unit in this video is an Athearn RTR SD40 painted and details to represent the actual 4001, which has been rebuilt into an SD40-3. I bought it off a guy my buddy Spencer knows from Facebook. Right now, it doesn't have all the proper lighting, so it will not be leading, however, my Rio Grande tunnel motor is lit up and can serve in place of WLE's ex Rio Grande tunnel motor #5391. I have plans for two more Wheeling units, one KATO and one Broadway Lmtd. Maybe some Geeps down the road if he decal sheet I have permits. But this is more or less the debut video of the WLE on this layout. When we were creating the Kansas City Eastern, one of the things I did was to have the KCE have an interchanges point with the WLE, which is in Carey, OH. So sometimes WLE power ends up on KCE trains. In this case, the power was never switched out in Carey, so these units made their way onto the KCE, hauling and working this KCE train. I'll get part two posted next Sunday, and possibly a remix video the weekend after. Next Friday and Saturday, I'll be in St. Louis with Shane (thebrakeman17 here on YT) for a prototype modelers train show. So I'm hoping to get some decent video from that to post as well, but that's about it for now. See you all next time and like always, thanks for watching!
