Jerry Seinfeld is headed to court.

The 63-year-old comedian is being sued over his Netflix show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee by a producer who claims he initially pitched the concept of the show to him 16 years back, according to TMZ.

The producer, Christian Charles - who is seeking a credit on the program, as well as money - claims that the comedy icon turned down the idea at the time, but contacted him in 2011 to follow up on it.
