Aputure Amaran MX & F7 Field Test / Review

I've seen some reviews of the Aputure Amaran MX & Aputure Amaran F7, but nobody has really given us much test footage with these lights. Lots of pretty shots of the lights themselves, but not many of actual use.... Me and my homie Eye Q decided to change that and took the lights out on a late night field test and did some filming outside. Did our best to get something you'd call a hollywood look. Can these lights hang with the Aputure Lightstorms or the infamous 120d? Is the MX a worthy successor to the Aputure M9? Watch the footage and judge for yourselves. Note: This video is not sponsored. I bought these lights with my own money and all opinions are my own. ========================================= All the Gear I use: Panasonic G85 Camera - http://geni.us/wpHdv Panasonic G7 Camera: http://geni.us/4RURq Panasonic 14mm f/2.5 lens. - http://geni.us/WQ12 Laowa 7.5 mm Lens - http://geni.us/jAacDT NIkon 35mm f/1.8 - http://geni.us/VFZl1kS Go Pro Hero 5 Black: http://geni.us/b7KRf Comica VM10 Microphone - http://geni.us/TvB2bH2 Takstar SGC-598 - http://geni.us/v1u0 Tascam DR60D MkII - http://geni.us/c0vkAq Neewer NW410 Microphones: http://geni.us/82iKJ Apature A.Lav Wired Lav - http://geni.us/xLn1 Zoom H1 Audio Recorder - http://geni.us/Q8MgElE Movo WMic10-P - http://geni.us/8KkLEB CAD u37 USB Condenser Mic - http://geni.us/kKyj Joby Gorillapod SLR Zoom - http://geni.us/SNI7wqM Joby Gorillapod Focus - http://geni.us/vh2N56d Yungnuo YN900 LED Panel - http://geni.us/ZG18t Yungnuo YN216 LED Spot - http://geni.us/BkZ4P Apature Amaran AL-M9: http://geni.us/alm9 ========================================== Music by Epidemic Sound

My name is ALXMNR and I am a video engineer, audio engineer, DP/videographer and music producer for FL. On this channel I mostly do video related tech reviews, but I've got music based content coming soon.

In today's episode I explain how to get a 12-60mm F2.8-4 lens for under $300. This is only for the micro four thirds camera system. I know what you're thinking, but this is NOT click bait. There's no trickery involved. Just good ole fashioned deal hunting.

Panasonic currently offers two 12-60mm lenses, a f3.5-5.6 for around $500 and a F2.8-4 that you can ususally find for $900. They've also got a 12-35 f/2.8 for $800 and Olympus offers a 12-40 f/2.8 for about $700. #EXPENSIVE

Make sure to watch the whole video to learn exactly how and where I managed to get this lens. Trust me, you can do it too.
